We need to be proactive when it comes to any problem. We need to not blame people who are not responsible for the issue. In this case, we need to contact Steve Ferre, the book store manager. We need to tell him the issue at hand which is that there needs to be some sort of organization as well as a more strict order form due date. It will take all of us to make a difference!
